Committee Reports
The Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules Committee reports to the State Executive Committee, State Central Committee, and State Convention at various times each biennium in accordance with its responsibilities defined in the DFL Rule Book and in the Official Call. The DFL Rule Book also requires the committee to review and approve the governing documents of community outreach organizations, community caucuses, and special jurisdictions (cities and counties that are not organizing units) established as party units in the bylaws.
