Meet the CBRC leadership team
The Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules Committee (CBRC) elects two co-chairs (with equal division by gender identity) to lead the committee. Their duties include calling and presiding at meetings, as well as conducting pre-hearing management of challenges. The committee also elects a secretary to take minutes and send out meeting notices.

NOTE: State DFL Chair Richard Carlbom has appointed Paul Below and Ann Friedrich to co-convene the CBRC for its 2026-2028 session. The committee will elect the permanent co-chairs and secretary at its first meeting of the session, scheduled for 19 September 2026.
