The next CBRC meeting is scheduled for:

Saturday, 19 September 2026, at 12 p.m.

The documents to be taken up in the meeting will be posted below. Committee members are encouraged to attend in person at DFL Headquarters. Members unable to attend in person may participate remotely via Zoom.

Guests: Guests may attend and observe the meeting using Zoom. Guests may not participate in the meeting unless invited by the committee.

Calendar

Meetings are generally held bimonthly on Saturdays or Sundays at 11:00 a.m. and are open to the public. The committee usually meets in person at DFL Headquarters (255 E Plato Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55107). Zoom attendance is also permitted at most meetings. Zoom links are unique to each meeting and sent out with each meeting notice.

This document shows the tentative meeting schedule for the committee's current term (expiring summer 2028) and is subject to change at the discretion of the co-chairs:
