The next CBRC is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The documents to be taken up in the meeting will be posted below.

In Person: The committee will meet in person at DFL Headquarters on Plato Blvd in Saint Paul. In-person participation by members is encouraged.

Remote: Remote participation is available via Zoom for members who cannot attend in person. The Zoom link is included within the meeting notice.

Guests: Guests may attend and observe the meeting in person or using Zoom. Guests may not participate in the meeting unless invited by the committee.

Calendar

Meetings are generally held bimonthly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. and are open to the public. The committee usually meets in person at DFL Headquarters (255 E Plato Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55107). Zoom attendance is also permitted at most meetings. Zoom links are unique to each meeting and sent out with each meeting notice.

This document shows the tentative meeting schedule for the committee's current term (expiring summer 2026) and is subject to change at the discretion of the co-chairs.
