The next CBRC meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 11 a.m. The documents to be taken up in the meeting will be posted below.

This meeting will be held on Zoom only. The Zoom registration link is included within the meeting notice. All attendees must register prior to the meeting.

Guests: Guests may attend and observe the meeting using Zoom. Guests must complete the form requesting meeting notices to register for the Zoom meeting. Guests may not participate in the meeting unless invited by the committee.

Calendar

Meetings are generally held bimonthly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. and are open to the public. The committee usually meets in person at DFL Headquarters (255 E Plato Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55107). Zoom attendance is also permitted at most meetings. Zoom links are unique to each meeting and sent out with each meeting notice.

This document shows the tentative meeting schedule for the committee's current term (expiring summer 2026) and is subject to change at the discretion of the co-chairs.
