The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) works to elect candidates to public office who represent our shared values. Those shared values are embodied by our Platform and Action Agenda, and by the Charter and Bylaws of the Democratic Party.
The Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules Committee (CBRC) is a standing committee of the State DFL Party. The CBRC's responsibilities include:
periodically reviewing and recommending changes to the State DFL Constitution and Bylaws,
drafting the Official Call,
hearing and resolving challenges related to party rules,
reviewing and approving governing documents of DFL Community Outreach Organizations and Community Caucuses,
developing model rules and constitutions for local party units, and
soliciting input on recommended changes to party documents.
